By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform or services.

c) Users must not use the Company platform or connected services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of these terms.

d) The Company reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Cladbe is a SaaS platform offering cloud-based solutions and professional services for businesses, including but not limited to real estate professionals, property managers, developers, and related service providers.

You must meet certain eligibility criteria to use our Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must be competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws or have been previously removed from the Platform for any reason.

• To access certain features, users are required to register, providing certain personally identifiable information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activities under a user's account are solely their responsibility.
• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information, at its discretion.

• Users may create, submit, upload, or display content including suggestions, feedback, data, files, and other materials ("User Content").
• Users grant Cladbe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content.
• Users represent that they own or have permission to use all content and intellectual property rights in their submissions.
• The Company may remove or modify content violating these Terms or any applicable law.

• Cladbe's services may be subject to fees as outlined in your subscription or service agreement.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment options may include credit/debit cards and banking payment methods, and other methods approved by the Company.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with their use of the Platform.
• Service Cladbe does not store your credit card data.

• Cladbe uses advanced encryption and security protocols to protect user data and transactions.
• Users are responsible for reviewing account instructions and must notify Cladbe promptly of any unauthorized use of their account.
• The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

• The Platform implements robust security protocols as legally required to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
• We employ industry-standard data encryption protocols.
• Professional infrastructure for secured access is the user's responsibility.
• Whereas any effort is made to maintain robustly configured security, cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

• Users agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in hacking, data scraping, virus distribution, reverse engineering, or other disruptive activities.
• Not upload, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users while using the Platform.

• Cladbe may at its sole discretion suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations of these Terms, applicable laws, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Users may terminate their account at any time by following the prescribed process.
• The user has no right to claim damages for such termination.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cladbe, its affiliates, partners, agents, employees, or licensors from any claims, damages, resulting from breach of these Terms, misuse of services, or infringement of rights.
• Company's liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the user. There is no liability for business, incidental, or consequential damages.

• All Platform content, trademarks, software, and designs are the property of Cladbe Technologies Private Limited.
• Users must not infringe upon, reproduce, distribute, or modify Cladbe intellectual property without express permission.
